Reminder: Share Your Voice in the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment
Bates County Memorial Hospital is reminding all residents, patients, employees, and business leaders that there’s still time to complete the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey.
The CHNA is a community-wide effort, conducted every three years, to better understand local health priorities and guide future services. The survey is short, secure, and anonymous, and your input makes a difference.
The survey closes on August 15, 2025.
By sharing your perspective, you’re helping:
- Identify unmet health needs in Bates County
- Measure progress since the last assessments in 2016, 2019, and 2022
- Strengthen health resources and services for the future
