After-Hours Nurse Advice Line

When Family Care Clinics are closed, patients who call a clinic phone number or the scheduling line will hear an automated recording with an option to reach the nurse advice line. Registered nurses are available to help you decide whether your symptoms need urgent care, emergency care, or can safely wait until the next business day.

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

For established patients, we do our best to offer same-day appointments to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.

We take extra precautions to keep you and your loved ones comfortable and safe. During peak illness seasons, or when needed, we provide isolated spaces for respiratory illness appointments to prevent the spread of illness.
