Blood Drives
BCMH partners with the Community Blood Center (CBC) to help ensure the blood supply is well stocked for our hospital and other medical facilities in the KC Metro area. Blood drives are located at the hospital in the Education Center on the east end of the hospital at 615 W. Nursery, Butler, MO 64730. Walk-ins are welcome, but the CBC encourages donors to make an appointment when possible to help them provide the best service possible. Heartsaver® Classes
CPR/AED
BCMH hosts several AHA Heartsaver® CPR/AED classes throughout the year led by AHA-certified instructors. This class is for anyone who needs a course completion card for work requirements, or for those who don’t have medical training but want to be ready to help respond in an emergency. Skills taught include CPR and the operation of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Students who successfully complete the course will receive a completion card good for two years.

Auxiliary Events
Over the years, the BCMH Auxiliary has raised thousands of dollars through fundraising events, as well as the Auxiliary Gift Shop, to help the hospital purchase needed items to provide quality patient care. Thank you for supporting our Auxiliary’s efforts.
