Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Care at BCMH

Relief for the symptoms that won’t go away.

If you or your child is dealing with frequent ear infections, sinus pain, breathing trouble, or problems like snoring or sleep apnea, it may be time to see an ENT specialist.

At Bates County Memorial Hospital, we offer ear, nose and throat (ENT) services through our Outpatient Specialty Clinics, available twice a month. Our visiting provider, Dr. Peter Gochee, is a board-certified ENT (also called an otolaryngologist) who treats both children and adults for a variety of conditions, including those that may require surgery.

What Our ENT Doctor Treats:

  • Sinus and allergy issues (like nasal congestion, sinus infections, post-nasal drip)

  • Breathing problems (from a deviated septum or other causes)

  • Frequent ear infections or ear pain

  • Sleep apnea and snoring

  • Throat and tonsil problems

  • Eustachian tube dysfunction (trouble with pressure and drainage in the ears)

  • Head and neck concerns, including some cancers

If surgery is needed, many procedures—such as sinus surgery or tonsillectomy—can be done right here at BCMH, helping you or your child recover closer to home.
