US ankle-brachial index – $40

The ankle-brachial index checks for peripheral artery disease (PAD), which occurs when narrowed arteries reduce the blood flow to the arms and legs. PAD can cause leg pain when walking and increases the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Carotid artery – $60

A carotid ultrasound tests for blocked or narrowed carotid arteries, which can increase the risk of stroke. The results of the test can help your health care provider determine a treatment to lower your stroke risk.

Abdominal aorta US – $60

A one-time abdominal aortic ultrasound screening is recommended for men ages 65 to 75 who have smoked at least 100 cigarettes during their lifetimes. Screening is also recommended for men age 60 and older who have or had a parent or sibling with aortic aneurysm. Routine ultrasound screening for abdominal aortic aneurysms isn’t recommended for women.
