Bates County Memorial Hospital Welcomes New Director of Human Resources
Bates County Memorial Hospital recently welcomed Kristina Anderson as the hospital’s Director of Human Resources. As part of the executive team, she will be responsible for the hospital’s human resources strategy and operations, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
With more than a decade of experience in the field, Kristina is a seasoned Human Resources (HR) professional committed to maintaining a skilled, motivated, and compliant healthcare workforce. Kristina held leadership HR roles at Cass Regional Medical Center and long-term healthcare facilities. In joining BCMH, Kristina brings not only a wealth of experience but also a passion for promoting a positive work environment and inviting culture.
