Our volunteers and staff are here to help you through the registration process. Auxiliary volunteers are available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. When you arrive, please use a touch screen kiosk to let us know you are here for your appointment.

Financial Services – Pay a Bill, Financial Counseling

Rehabilitation Services Registration

If your visit is for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy, you may check in for your appointment at Rehabilitation Services, located at the east end of the front lobby.
