Laura Thiem, DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, CNE, has been a dedicated provider of primary care to rural communities for nearly three decades. She began serving patients in Adrian in 1997 as the lead provider at what was then called the Adrian Rural Health Clinic, part of Bates County Memorial Hospital. From 2006 to 2014, she owned and operated her own practice in Adrian before returning to BCMH, where she continues to care for patients at Adrian Family Care Clinic.
With extensive experience in family medicine, Laura is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. She has a strong background in patient education, preventive care, and managing chronic and acute conditions. In addition to her clinical work, she has spent several years as a clinical nurse educator, training the next generation of healthcare providers.
