Bates County Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce that Ben Landers, MLS, has been named our 2024 Employee of the Year.
The announcement was made at the BCMH Employee Recognition banquet on Friday, December 6, where Ben was honored for his outstanding contributions to the hospital and the community.
Ben, a Medical Lab Scientist in the laboratory department, was selected for this prestigious award by his peers for his dedication, work ethic, and positive impact on both patients and coworkers. Ben’s commitment to excellence and his proactive approach in supporting the hospital’s mission make him a valuable asset to the team.
Known for his kindness and willingness to help, Ben consistently goes above and beyond in his role. Whether stepping in to assist colleagues or taking initiative without being asked, his actions ensure that the lab operates smoothly and efficiently. While he may have limited direct patient interaction, Ben’s precision and professionalism in delivering test results are critical to patient care, and his contributions are deeply valued by his peers.
We are incredibly proud to recognize Ben for his dedication and excellence. His hard work and commitment to quality care are a true reflection of the values that make BCMH a trusted healthcare provider. Congratulations, Ben, on this well-deserved honor!
