At our annual Employee Recognition Party on December 5, Bates County Memorial Hospital came together to celebrate the people who make our mission possible every day. As the evening began, 2024 Leader of the Year Troy Trumbore, RN, shared a toast recognizing the collective efforts of our team and the dedication represented across the room.
Throughout the night, we honored employees reaching meaningful service milestones. These individuals’ commitment, compassion, and hard work have shaped our organization and strengthened the care we provide to our community.
